Here's what's new at eevi.ai this week.
📚 Completely New Curriculum Library
We've rebuilt your curriculum from the ground up. You now have a full library of themes and topics to explore, and eevi uses these to personalize your learning path based on your interests and goals. Check it out under the "Course" tab on your dashboard.
🌏 Non-Roman Script Support
Japanese, Korean, Russian, Chinese, Thai and more, all now supported. This was one of our most requested features and a major step in the number of language pairs we can offer. Learning a script from scratch (e.g. learning to read Hiragana) is not yet included but is on the roadmap.
🔥 Lesson Interface (New)
A few powerful additions to how lessons work:
- Playback of your own audio: hear yourself back when practicing pronunciation
- Correction playback: listen to the corrected version and compare it with your own recording. Tip: use the "Call eevi" open conversation to drill this further
- Response suggestions: particularly useful if you're a beginner and not sure what to say next
⚙ Settings & Fixes
- Session recall: eevi now remembers where you left off in any lesson, so you can pick up right where you stopped
- New dashboard layout: cleaner, simpler
- Dark mode: available in your settings (switches automatically based on your device)
