AI Engineer & Architect
We're looking for a versatile AI engineer who can architect and build intelligent systems that power personalized language learning experiences. You'll work across the full stack, from designing LLM pipelines to building robust APIs and creating delightful user experiences.
What you'll do
- Design and implement AI/ML systems for adaptive language learning
- Build and optimize LLM-powered features including voice conversation, feedback generation, and personalized content
- Architect scalable backend services using Supabase, Edge Functions, and real-time APIs
- Develop responsive frontend experiences with React and TypeScript
- Collaborate on product decisions and shape the technical roadmap
- Establish best practices for AI safety, prompt engineering, and model evaluation
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals
- Experience building production systems with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and React
- Experience with Python for ML/AI tooling
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
Nice to have
- Experience with real-time audio/voice applications
- Background in EdTech or language learning
- Contributions to open-source AI projects

Prompt Engineer
Join us as a Prompt Engineer to craft the conversational intelligence behind eevi. You'll design prompts that create natural, pedagogically sound language learning experiences—making our AI feel like a patient, encouraging tutor.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize prompts for language tutoring, feedback, and assessment
- Create prompt templates that adapt to different proficiency levels and learning styles
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure prompt effectiveness and learner outcomes
- Collaborate with linguists and educators to ensure pedagogical accuracy
- Build and maintain a prompt library with version control and A/B testing
- Research and implement new prompting techniques (chain-of-thought, few-shot, etc.)
What we're looking for
- Deep understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and prompting techniques
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Analytical mindset with experience in systematic testing and iteration
- Familiarity with language learning methodologies (CEFR, SLA principles)
- Ability to translate pedagogical goals into effective AI interactions
- Basic programming skills for prompt automation and testing
Nice to have
- Background in linguistics, language teaching, or curriculum design
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Experience with fine-tuning or training language models

Growth Hacker
We're seeking a data-driven growth hacker to supercharge eevi's user acquisition and engagement. You'll experiment relentlessly, turning insights into scalable growth strategies that bring language learning to millions.
What you'll do
- Design and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention
- Optimize our conversion funnel from landing page to paid subscription
- Build and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok)
- Develop viral loops, referral programs, and organic growth strategies
- Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities
- Create compelling content and landing pages that convert
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in growth marketing, preferably in B2C SaaS or mobile apps
- Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels and attribution
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools
- Track record of running successful growth experiments
- Understanding of product-led growth principles
- Creative thinking and willingness to try unconventional approaches
