Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel in settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings. On iOS, subscriptions purchased through the App Store can be cancelled in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings → Account Management → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data including learning progress, conversation history, and personal information. Any active subscription will be cancelled. This action cannot be undone.
Will my data be private?
Yes. Your practice data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your personal data, and you can request deletion at any time.
Does eevi use AI?
Yes, eevi uses artificial intelligence to power conversation practice and provide real-time feedback on your speaking. Our AI tutor adapts to your level and helps you improve naturally.
Which devices are supported?
