At eevi, we believe the best way to learn a language is by speaking it. Our mission is to make language learning feel natural through conversation-first practice with instant, personalized feedback.

By using eevi, you agree to these terms. We've kept them simple and straightforward. Please also review our Privacy Policy which explains how we handle your data.

Our Service

Eevi provides AI-powered language learning through voice conversations. You can practice speaking, receive instant feedback, and track your progress as you learn.

Free Lessons & Trial

New users can try eevi with a limited number of free lessons—no payment details required. To unlock full access, you can start a 7-day free trial by entering your payment information. You won't be charged during the trial period, and you can cancel anytime before it ends. After your trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless you've cancelled.

Subscriptions & Payment

We offer several subscription plans with different billing intervals to suit your learning journey. Current pricing and available plans are always displayed on our pricing page.

• All prices are displayed in Euros (€)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period—you'll keep access until then
• No refunds for partial billing periods or unused time
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

Promotional Pricing

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, launch pricing, or special offers. These promotions are time-limited and subject to change without notice. The price you pay at checkout is the price that applies to your subscription for that billing period. Promotional pricing applies only to new subscriptions and may not be available for renewals or plan changes.

Acceptable Use

Eevi is designed for language learning. Please use the service respectfully and for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Attempt to abuse, hack, or misuse the platform
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code

Your Account

• You're responsible for maintaining your account security
• Keep your password confidential
• You must be at least 16 years old to use eevi
• One account per person
• You're responsible for all activity under your account

Intellectual Property

The eevi service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by eevi and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our written permission.

Disclaimer

Eevi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate language learning feedback, we do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Eevi is a learning tool and should not be relied upon as the sole source for language proficiency.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eevi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Service Availability

We strive to keep eevi available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to perform maintenance or updates from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of eevi after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Cancellation & Termination

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. After cancellation, you'll have access until the end of your current billing period. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
